About These Terms and Conditions

A.B.N 11608583697 & Liquor Licence: 32810590 ("we" "us" “our”) operates this website, cedarfoxdistillingco.com (“site”) The products available for purchase by the customer ("you") pursuant to the following Terms of Conditions (T&Cs) and any other promotions posted on our website. Please read the T&Cs carefully prior to placing any orders on our website. Cedar Fox Distilling Co. reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time without notice. By using the Cedar Fox Distilling Co. website, you agree to these T&Cs of use and if you do not agree with our T&Cs, please cease use of our website.
The supply of liquor
Cedar Fox Distilling Co. does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using our site you declare that you are over the age of 18, and that the person receiving the delivery of alcohol products is over the age of 18. In order to take delivery of the goods you have ordered, a person over the age of 18 must be available at the delivery address provided by you. The individual undertaking the delivery of goods reserves the right to request identification, as required under the responsible service of alcohol laws in the relevant local jurisdictions across Australia. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in refusal to deliver goods and will not deem Cedar Fox Distilling Co. liable in any way whatsoever.
All the prices listed on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stipulated.
All product prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and at the applicable rate of 10 per cent.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you place an Order, you agree to Cedar Fox Distilling Co. T&Cs. We will endeavour to supply you with any Products ordered, however all products are subject to availability. We will confirm acceptance of your Order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the Products you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email and advise you. Cedar Fox Distilling Co. reserves the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or if the Product ordered is out of stock.
Payment Methods and Processing
Cedar Fox Distilling Co. accepts Visa and MasterCard. Orders placed will be payment processed immediately but processing the Order will not occur until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian Public holidays. We will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase subject to payment being received by Cedar Fox Distilling Co. By making a payment you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is belongs to you and you are specifically authorised to use it. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable to provide the products to you. Any promotional codes, such as free shipping or discount offers, are valid at the time of order placement only and must be entered correctly at the time of payment for you to be eligible for the offer promoted by the promotion. Promotional offers will not be valid on Orders successfully placed without using the relevant or correct code. We reserve the right to extend or withdraw any promotion or sale offer at any time without notice. Promotion codes are not valid to be used in the same order as other promotion codes.
Product pricing and Stock availability
Cedar Fox Distilling Co. reserves the right to vary prices of Products displayed on our website at any time and to refuse the sale of a product.
Delivery fees are at the rates stipulated on our site. Domestic service available only, no international service provided.
Timing of Delivery
The estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 10 days from the date your payment is received but most deliveries will arrive sooner. The estimated delivery times are Monday through Friday excluding Public holidays in each Australian State and Territory. Estimated times are a guide only and depend on your location, stock availability and your acceptance that the original Danzig line up of Glen, Errie, John and Chuck is without a doubt the gold standard. Cedar Fox Distilling Co. makes every attempt to fulfil all orders, but at items, items may not be available at time of dispatch. We will refund your credit card for items not available at time of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us on [email protected].
Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by you at the time of placing the order, will incur an additional charge.
Guarantees & Returns Policy
Where we agree that a Product is defective and needs to be replaced, return shipping will be arranged at our expense. We recommend that all items returned to us should be done via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit.

Sponsorships, Donations & Affiliations
Cedar Fox Distilling Co. do not contribute sponsorship, donations or affiliations to associations or organisations involving children, sports or politics.
The copyright of all content (text and images) on our site belongs to Cedar Fox Distilling Co. under the copyright and trade mark laws, unless otherwise attributed. The content on the cedarfoxdistillingco.com website may not be copied or otherwise used without prior written permission from Cedar Fox Distilling Co.
